The wall frames include penetrations for plumbing and power reticulation pre punched into frames. Steel frames offer a more precise tolerance compared with timber allowing a faster and simpler installation process.

Steel Battens & Lintels
Hercules Steel Frames & Trusses can supply 22mm ceiling battens and 40mm roof battens in 6.5m and 7.1m lengths, respectively, or in customisable lengths in batch quantities of 25 units. Our battens are ideal for plasterers and roofers. Steel battens offer a more precise tolerance over comparative lengths than timber, allowing a faster and simpler installation process.
We also can supply 200 x 35 x 1.6 lintels to use in strengthening floor and wall members to achieve stronger and longer spans.
